Es liegt etwa 4 Kilometer westlich von Freiburg zwischen den Weilern Bugnon und Nonan in den Gemeinden Matran und Corminbœuf und erstreckt sich über rund 27 Hektar. Das Anwesen wird im Norden von einer Kantonsstrasse und im Süden von der Eisenbahnlinie Lausanne-Fribourg und der Autobahn A12 begrenzt.
