Die rund 20 Hektar liegen an Hängen mit Südsüdwest-Ausrichtung auf tonigem Kalkboden, teils mit Ton und rotem Kies. Der Betrieb wird seit 1999 ökologisch und seit 2020 biodynamisch bewirtschaftet.
