Das Gut liegt im Weinbaugebiet Margaux und war das Heim des bekannten Weinhändlers und Autors Alexis Lichine, der das Gut 1951 erwarb, stark vergrößerte und es bis zu seinem Tode 1989 bewirtschaftete.
