Seit 2021 werden die Reben nach EU-Bio-Regeln bewirtschaftet; Weine ab Jahrgang 2024 tragen bei Kennzeichnung 'BIO' die Kontrollnummer DE-ÖKO-039. Neben Riesling, Grau- und Weißburgunder, Spätburgunder und Sauvignon Blanc wachsen die pilzwiderstandsfähigen Sorten Sauvignac und Cabernet Blanc.
