Laut Website hat sich die Sorte Grasă de Cotnari in keiner anderen Rebregion angepasst; die Erträge je Hektar werden auf 70–80 % des andernorts Üblichen begrenzt. Die Vinothek bewahrt Sammlungen ab dem Jahrgang 1956, das Sortiment ist in vier Linien gegliedert.
