Das Wein- und Gästehaus Gabriel in Zeltingen an der Mosel wird von Ulrich und Elisabeth Gabriel geführt. Die Trauben wachsen überwiegend in den Zeltinger Lagen Himmelreich, Schloßberg und Sonnenuhr. Neben Riesling baut der Betrieb Rivaner und seit einigen Jahren auch Dornfelder und Spätburgunder an. Naturnahe Weinbergsarbeit, späte Lese und schonende Verarbeitung sollen fruchtige, bekömmliche Weine ergeben.
